Here’s our favourite recipe for a delicious every mornin’ ritual that will make you a better, more glowing person from the inside out!

- 2 big handfuls of Spinach
- 1 small handful Kale-  3 cups Coconut Water
- 1 cup apples/pineapple/peaches/and or pears (you can use frozen fruit if you’re in a time crunch before work, but fresh is always best, so if try prepping your fruit by cutting it up at the beginning of the week!)
- 1/2 Large Avocado

In a blender, mix coconut water, spinach, and kale for about 1 minute. Add fruit and avocado, blend again for about 1 minute. Add a few ice cubes if you like it cold, sprinkle with shaved coconut and some chia seeds and ENJOY lil’ Honeybee!
